Red Sox Likely Rethinking Their ‘Finishing Move’ After Another Walk-Off Loss in Detroit (Video)

Comerica Park has not been kind to Red Sox closers in recent years, and it seems 2013 is no different.

This time, it was Andrew Bailey blowing the save, and Jhonny Peralta the one responsible. The Tigers shortstop’s two-run home run spoiled a strong John Lackey start and cost the Sox a chance to begin a four-game series on the right foot. Now, the Sox could very well be on the search for a new closer, and we’ve seen how difficult that can be.

In any case, Lackey is our player of the game. Who’s yours?
