Brad Marchand Receives Claude Julien’s Message, Turns in Best Effort of Series

BOSTON — Bruins coach Claude Julien tried to send a message to Brad Marchand heading into Game 5 of his team’s Eastern Conference quarterfinal series with the Washington Capitals. Julien surprised some by mixing up his lines at practice Friday, with Marchand skating alongside former linemates Shawn Thornton and Gregory Campbell on the team’s fourth line.
